These are part of the subscription
The subscription is very wide ranging, and includes generation of all titles and descriptions, image descriptions, and alt texts. It also includes every one of the 24 checks, and every SEO fix. Add in the keyword research tool, the advice centre, the reports, and both search engine and AI rank checks (up to your allowance) as well. Finding work is always free. Cleo only charges when she makes something.

Most people overestimate usage. Put in what you'd realistically publish and see what it comes to.
Estimate Your Credit Usage
Adjust the controls below for a live credit cost estimate. Presstack Core plugin comes with 250 credits per month, and Presstack Theme comes with 500 credits per month as part of the subscription. You can top up if required.
A typical small business site publishes to 4-12 articles per month.
A typical small business site publishes to 4-12 articles per month.
Images you expect to generate - expect one image per article, plus throwaways, plus multiple images on pages.
Example. Track 10 keywords in 10 areas = 100 keywords tracked. One keyword check per area = one query. First 5,000 queries per month are included. Same pool works with the AI keyword tracker.
Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT AI answer checking. Costs 20 queries per check that comes from your search engine query pool. Only charges once your shared pool has been exhausted.
Indicative estimate only. Final credit usage is down to how many pages or articles you make on each website, or how many images you recreate with AI. Rank tracking quantity is decided as you go.
No Suprises
- One subscription per site - It's own plan, it's own allowance, it's own balance. Nothing pooled.
- Credits don't expire at the end of the month - What you've bought stays bought.
- You see the cost before you agree to it - Planning is free. Cleo shows you what she intends to do and what it will cost before anything is spent.
- Anything unattended has a ceiling - Set a monthly budget per job. She stops when she reaches it rather than carrying on.
- One month minimum, then cancel whenever. A month is the shortest subscription. After that, stop when you like, and the site keeps everything already published and fixed at that point.
Two Optional Pro Widget Packs.
These are one-off purchases, not part of any subscription. Everything works without them. Both widget packs are theme only. Buy once for your website and keep them forever, including through subscription changes.
Stop Paying. Keep The Website.
The subscription buys Cleo's ongoing work. It doesn't buy the right to keep what you've already made. What pauses is Cleo's AI - her writing, her checks, her fixes, the rank tracking and the reports. She starts again the moment you resubscribe.
-
Every Page, Exactly As Built
Your posts, pages, products and design stay untouched. They're WordPress, not a rental.
-
The Whole Design
Theme, widgets, templates, style packs. Nothing reverts and nothing switches off.
-
All The Search Work Keeps Running
Titles, descriptions, canonicals, schema, sitemap, redirects - all still published, all still working. Google sees no difference.
-
And You Can Still Edit It By Hand
Every SEO field on every page, forever. You lose Cleo doing it for you, not the ability to do it.
Commonly Asked Questions
-
Your website keeps working. All of it.
Every page and post stays exactly as built. The design stays, and all the search work keeps running - titles, descriptions, canonicals, schema, sitemap, redirects. Google sees no difference at all.
You can still edit every SEO field by hand on every page, for as long as the site exists.
What pauses is Cleo herself - the writing, the checks, the rank tracking and the reports. She starts again the moment you resubscribe.
-
Whatever you've told her she can, and no more.
Each area is set to autopilot, semi or advise on its own. Writing and enquiry replies start on advise, so nothing is written or sent until you've moved them. Everything she's done is listed with the date, and most of it goes back with one click.
-
That's a choice on every article, not a setting you forget you made. Save as a draft to read first, or let it go live on the day it's scheduled.
-
As many as the business has towns and services.
Each one is written for that place rather than find-and-replaced, and Cleo won't publish one too similar to a page she's already made, so you get pages worth having rather than a hundred versions of the same one.
-
No. When Cleo rewrites a page built in Elementor, Gutenberg, Divi, Avada or WPBakery, she changes the words inside the layout and leaves the layout alone.
On those builders she shows you the before and after first, and won't write until you've seen it.
-
You set a monthly ceiling for anything working unattended, per job. She shows you what's been spent, what's left, and what the next run costs before it runs.
-
You can give Cleo words she must never use on a site - drug brand names for clinic, "guaranteed" for a financial client. She won't target them or write with them.
Read the articles anyway. She checks her own drafts for out-of-date claims and holds anything doubtful back, but a banned list catches words, not implications, and she doesn't know your client's advertising code. Save as drafts on those sites.
-
No. Cleo handles what slows a page down at the source.
Oversized images, scripts loading too early, stylesheets held inline - and measures the result afterwards. Caching and delivery are a different job. Keep what you have.
-
If you let them.
Presstack publishes a plain text version of the site and a machine readable card of the business. That's every branch, every service, every member of staff. An assistant can look those up, search the site, and send an enquiry straight to your inbox, with the same spam filtering as your contact form.
Turn the enquiry part off and they can read but not write.
-
If you want her to.
She groups your feeds into stories and won't write one until at least two independent outlets have covered it. Then she writes an original article from all of them and credits every source. She doesn't rewrite one outlet's piece.
-
Every site has its own subscription and its own allowance. No shared pot to run dry, and nothing one client uses affects another.
-
Presstack Core is a plugin. It goes on the site as it is and leaves the theme and page builder alone.
Presstack Theme is the other version. It becomes the website, and brings a page builder and design blocks with it. Both do all 133 things.
-
No. She brings across titles, descriptions, focus keywords, noindex settings and your redirects from any of the three.
Nothing already written gets overwritten, and nothing is deleted from the old plugin. If the old meta arrives full of
%title%style placeholders, one button turns them into real text. -
In each site's own WordPress database.
Articles, business details, rankings history, every change she's made. Writing and rank checks happen outside, but what comes back is stored on the site.
There's no separate dashboard holding your work.
Put her on site and see what she finds.
Pick the client site you've been meaning to get to. Cleo reads it, works out most of what she needs, and comes back with a list. Looking costs nothing.
