Complete The Retainer Work That Never Gets Done.
Routine maintenance work piles up faster than you can tackle it. Monthly updates, backups, security checks, content refreshes, your clients need them done, but they slip because nothing feels urgent until something breaks.
The Work Isn't Hard. There's Just No Room For It.
Managing SEO across multiple sites becomes impossible when you're juggling dozens of small tasks monthly. Without a system to track what's been done and what needs doing next, your quiet clients drift away while you chase whoever complained loudest. Presstack AI organises the work so nothing gets missed and your clients see exactly what changed.
Three Ways SEO Work Bites.
Churn You Didn't See Coming
A client leaves because nothing visible happened for four months. Not because the work was wrong, but because there wasn't any. You just got stuck on the small stuff.
What She Does Every Day
Reports That Say Nothing
It's report time again. A graph that's roughly flat and a paragraph you've rewritten eleven times, trying to put a positive spin on things. It costs you half a day and the customer takes no notice anyway.

You Can't Take On More
Growth means hiring, and hiring means training someone to do the work. The numbers only work if each person carries more sites than they can comfortably handle.

The Small Stuff Gets Done Every Day.
The routine work, fixing broken links, updating titles, writing the next article, gets done whether you have a free hour or not. On clients who trust the process, she gets on with it. On clients who want to approve first, she asks before she touches anything.
-
She Writes On Schedule
Plan next month's articles for a site in one go. They're written on the days you choose and saved as drafts for you to read, unless you tell her to publish.
-
She Finds Things Before The Client Does
More than 30 checks run every day, so a broken link is found within a day of breaking.
-
She Brings You The Decisions
Anything that changes what a client's site says comes to you with the fix already worked out.
-
And Checks It Held
The next day's check confirms the fix stuck. Fixes that came from Search Console are measured again after four and eight weeks.
Cleo Is Whitelabel So The Client Sees You, Not Us.
Nothing on a client's website shows Presstack. No badge, no link, nothing a visitor would notice. Reports go out under the client's own name and logo.
-
Reports Carry Their Branding
The site's logo and colours and the client's name, weekly or monthly, sent to whoever you choose. Nothing in it mentions us.
-
Nothing On The Front End
No badge, no credit and no link back to us anywhere a visitor can see.
-
Billed Per Site
Each site has its own subscription and its own credits. Pick the version you need per site. Writer & SEO for writing and upkeep, Core when the client needs rank tracking.
-
Different Settings Per Client
What she does without asking is set per site, so one nervous client doesn't dictate how you run the rest.
What You're Actually Buying, Per Site.
This runs on each client site on its own. Add a site, and she starts reading it straight away.

What Is The Work Actually Costing You?
Put in what the work costs you now. It works out the hours over a 48-week year and compares them with Presstack Core on every site, using the credits included in the plan.
Use Cases Applied
Nobody Rolls Out Forty Sites On Day One.
There's no rollout, no onboarding call to sit through, and no contract that assumes a number of sites.
Pick The Site You've Been Avoiding
The client you know needs attention and hasn't had it. Install Presstack Core, connect Google, and let her read the site. The list of what's wrong costs nothing.
Leave Everything On Ask Me
She suggests, you decide, and nothing changes without you. Publish a few articles and approve some title changes, and you learn how she thinks before you hand her anything.
Hand Her The Small Jobs
Switch Behind The Scenes Fixes to Automatic: image descriptions, schema, redirects, the technical tidying. The things a client would never notice being done, and would notice if they weren't.
Add Sites A Few At A Time
Once one site runs the way you want, the same settings suit almost every other. Add the next few when you are ready.
The Awkward Questions.
-
Tell them first. The conversation goes better that way.
Frame it as what it is: the drafting is automated, the judgement isn't, and everything published was read by someone who knows their business. That's a defensible position, and it's true.
What isn't defensible is publishing unread. Which is why new articles are saved as drafts until you deliberately change it.
-
Not if your writer is good.
What it replaces is the eleventh article on the same subject that nobody had time to write properly: the work that was going to be skipped or rushed. Put your writer on the pages that matter, the sales pages with a real argument in them, and let Cleo handle the volume underneath.
-
However you price anything else. Most agencies do one of three things.
1) Absorb it and keep the retainer where it is, because the delivery improves and the client stays longer.
2) Pass it through at cost as a named line.
3) Raise the retainer slightly and deliver noticeably more for it.Billing per site makes all three easy: there's no shared pot to split and no arguing about who used what. Sites that only need writing and upkeep can go on Writer & SEO, which costs less.
-
Cancel that site's subscription. The others aren't affected.
Their site keeps working. Everything published stays published, the titles, schema, sitemap and redirects keep working, and every field stays editable. You're not leaving a client with a site that falls apart because they stopped paying you, which matters for how you part company.
Any credits that site had left can be moved to another site from your Presstack account.
-
Keep those on drafts and read everything before it goes out.
Each site has two lists: words and phrases Cleo is told never to write, and keywords she must never target. A blocked keyword stops a topic before anything is written.
But a list catches words, not implications, and she doesn't know your client's advertising code. For medical, financial, legal or gambling clients, the writing should be read by someone who does. That's true of any writing tool.
-
Yes.
Not because we expect trouble, but because you should have a backup before any plugin goes on a client site, and this one writes to the database. You almost certainly have automatic backups running already. If not, that's the first thing to sort out, and not just for us.
Bring Your Worst Performing Client Site.
Put Presstack on it and let Cleo read it. You'll see everything she finds before anything changes. If that isn't worth it, nothing else on this page will be either.
