It is a plan change, not a new install. The extra tools switch on, and your articles, business details and every fix stay exactly where they are.

It shouldn't.

Most of what Cleo does runs in the background, not when a visitor loads a page. The front end gets the business details she publishes for Google and not much else.

Yes. Not because we expect trouble, but because you should have a backup before any plugin goes on a site, and this one writes to the database.

Cleo's own undo puts back changes to pages, posts, products and images for 30 days, but an undo log is not a backup. Take one before you install, and keep taking them afterwards.
