You Are The Bottleneck. There's No Way Round That.
An agency hires when it runs out of hours. You can't. Every client you take on comes out of the same finite week, and the good months are the ones where nothing goes wrong.
Eight Clients Is Comfortable. Twelve Is Not.
You hit capacity when routine maintenance crowds out the work you're actually trained for. Audits, fixes, reports, writing. Month after month, the same tasks on every site. That's when corners get cut, smaller clients drift away, or you're working late just to keep pace. The answer is handling that recurring work properly so you get your time back.
What Hitting The Ceiling Costs You.
You Turn Down Work
A referral comes in and you say no, or you say yes and something else suffers. Either way the ceiling costs you money you'd otherwise have earned.
What She Does Every Day
The Strategy Gets Squeezed
Clients pay you for judgement and you spend the month on maintenance. The part with your name on it, the bit you are good at, is the part that gets rushed.
Meet Cleo
Holidays Cost Double
A week off is a week of work that still has to happen, and on a retainer nobody covers it for you. So you spend your holiday simply catching up.

The Part Anyone Could Do, Done For You.
Not the strategy. The maintenance underneath. That's the part of SEO that impresses nobody.
-
The Writing Happens
Plan next month's articles for a client in one go. They're written on the days you choose and saved as drafts for you to read, unless you tell her to publish.
-
The Checks Run Themselves
More than 30 of them, every day, on every site. A broken link is found within a day of breaking.
-
The Reports Send Themselves
Branded, scheduled and sent to the client, without you remembering it was due.
-
You Still Make Every Call
Everything starts on Ask Me, so nothing changes on a client's site until you say so. It's your name on the work.
The Client Sees You, Not Us.
Nothing on a client's website shows Presstack: no badge, no link, nothing a visitor would notice. Reports go out under the client's own name and logo.
-
Reports Carry Their Branding
The site's logo and colours and the client's name, weekly or monthly, sent to whoever you choose. Nothing in it mentions us.
-
Nothing On The Front End
No badge, no credit and no link back to us anywhere a visitor can see.
-
Billed Per Site
Each client site has its own subscription and its own credits. Writer & SEO for writing and upkeep, Core when the client needs rank tracking.
-
Different Settings Per Client
What she does without asking is set per site, so one nervous client doesn't dictate how you run the rest.
The Jobs That Currently Fill Your Month.
Every one of these is something you either do by hand, pay a tool to report on, or quietly skip.

Use Cases Applied
Tools That Report, While You Still Do The Work.
The awkward thing about an SEO stack is that none of it does anything. It all reports, and then you act. With Presstack you still make every judgement call. You just stop doing the part that was never judgement.

Start With One Client.
There's no rollout, no onboarding call to sit through, and no contract that assumes a number of sites.
Pick The Client You've Been Avoiding
The one you know needs attention and hasn't had it. Install Presstack Core, connect Google, and let her read the site. The list of what's wrong costs nothing.
Leave Everything On Ask Me
She suggests, you decide, and nothing changes without you. Publish a few articles and approve some title changes, and you learn how she thinks before you hand her anything.
Hand Her The Small Jobs
Switch Behind The Scenes Fixes to Automatic: image descriptions, schema, redirects, the technical tidying. The things a client would never notice being done, and would notice if they weren't.
Add Clients As You Go
Once one site runs the way you want, the same settings suit almost every other. The week you got back is room for the next client.
The Awkward Questions.
-
Because she does what you decide, not what she decides.
The client pays for judgement: which searches matter, which pages to build, what to fix first, and what to tell them. Cleo does the maintenance underneath that, on your instructions and under your name. The site gets more done, and you get the time to do the part they value.
-
Tell them first. The conversation goes better that way.
Frame it as what it is: the drafting is automated, the judgement isn't, and everything published was read by someone who knows their business. That's a defensible position, and it's true.
What isn't defensible is publishing unread. Which is why new articles are saved as drafts until you deliberately change it.
-
However you price anything else. Most consultants do one of three things.
1) Absorb it and keep the retainer where it is, because the delivery improves and the client stays longer.
2) Pass it through at cost as a named line.
3) Raise the retainer slightly and deliver noticeably more for it.Billing per site makes all three easy. Clients who only need writing and upkeep can go on Writer & SEO, which costs less.
-
Cancel that site's subscription. The others aren't affected.
Their site keeps working. Everything published stays published, the titles, schema, sitemap and redirects keep working, and every field stays editable. You're not leaving a client with a site that falls apart because they stopped paying you, which matters for how you part company.
Any credits that site had left can be moved to another site from your Presstack account.
-
Keep those on drafts and read everything before it goes out.
Each site has two lists: words and phrases Cleo is told never to write, and keywords she must never target. A blocked keyword stops a topic before anything is written.
But a list catches words, not implications, and she doesn't know your client's advertising code. For medical, financial, legal or gambling clients, the writing should be read by someone who does. That's true of any writing tool.
-
Yes.
Not because we expect trouble, but because you should have a backup before any plugin goes on a client site, and this one writes to the database. You almost certainly have automatic backups running already. If not, that's the first thing to sort out, and not just for us.
Bring Your Worst Performing Client Site.
Put Presstack on it and let Cleo read it. You'll see everything she finds before anything changes. If that isn't worth it, nothing else on this page will be either.
