Voice, Memory And Auto-Run
Teaching Cleo how you sound, what she remembers, and how much her scheduled work may spend.
Under How Cleo Works in the Cleo menu there are three more screens. You don't need them on day one, but they're how you fine-tune Cleo over time.
Voice & Mood
Cleo → Voice & Mood is about how Cleo sounds when she writes for you.
- The voice interview: ten questions about how you talk to customers. From your answers, Cleo works out your voice, who you're talking to, what makes you different and the phrases you use, and uses them in every page and post she writes. You can re-take it whenever your business changes.
- Your weekly mood: a quick steer for the week ahead. It flavours what Cleo writes that week.
Your voice and what makes you different are also on the Knowledgebase Brand & Voice screen; editing either place edits the same details.
Memory
Cleo → Memory shows what Cleo has learned while working with you: your corrections, and words and phrases you prefer or never want to see. You can read all of it, add to it, or delete anything that's wrong.
Whether Cleo adds new notes by herself or asks you first is set on Autonomy under Cleo's Notes.
Auto-Run
Cleo → Auto-Run is where you allow scheduled writing jobs to run on their own, and set a monthly limit on how many credits each one may spend. Nothing scheduled can spend beyond the limit you set, so a busy month never surprises you.
