Teaching Cleo More
The AI Knowledge screen: your story, what to lean towards, and things Cleo should always remember.
The rest of the Knowledgebase is facts. AI Knowledge is background: the sort of thing a good colleague picks up over time, written down so Cleo has it from day one.
Open Knowledgebase → AI Knowledge. If you can't see it, your version of Presstack doesn't include it.
About Your Business
This card is about awareness rather than facts. It has three parts.
Your Journey
Three boxes: Past — Where You've Been, Present — Where You Are Now and Future — Where You're Heading. Write a few lines in each. How the business started, what it's like now, where you want it to go. Cleo uses this to give her writing a sense of who you are, not just what you sell.
Gentle Nudges
Two boxes: Lean Toward and Ease Away From. Use them to steer Cleo without hard rules. You might lean towards your newer services or a particular type of customer, and ease away from work you'd rather do less of.
Memories
Anything else worth remembering about the business: a milestone, a story customers love, something you're proud of.
This card has its own save bar, so press Save Changes on it after you've written.
Custom Knowledge Entries
For anything that doesn't fit elsewhere, press Add Knowledge Entry. Give it a Title, the Content, and some Tags so it's easy to find again, then press Add Entry. To change one later, edit it and press Save Changes.
Good uses include how you price a typical job, answers to questions customers often ask, or how a particular process works. You can keep up to 30 entries, about 10,000 characters in all, so keep each one focused.
