To Do
Cleo's list of suggestions: how it's ordered, what each card means, and how to say yes or not now.
To Do is where Cleo puts everything she'd like to do or thinks you should do, with the most useful things at the top. The rule is simple: nothing on this list happens until you say yes.
Open Cleo → To Do. If you only look at one Presstack screen a week, make it this one.
What You'll Find On It
- ideas for new blog posts;
- new search titles and descriptions waiting for your approval;
- changes to your Google listings;
- pages that have dropped in search, and what to do about them;
- quick wins from Search Console: searches you nearly rank for.
If Cleo wants to make the same small change on lots of pages, she groups them into one card rather than filling your list. Pages you've protected never appear here.
How It's Ordered
Cleo scores each item on how much it's likely to help, and puts the best first. The tabs split them up:
- Worth A Lot
- Worth Doing
- Small Gain
You can also narrow the list with Everything, Needs Your OK, Ideas To Grow and Listings.
Reading A Card
Each card tells you:
- the cost: Free, or how many credits it uses if Cleo does it, for example 4 Credits If Cleo Writes It;
- what it is, and why Cleo thinks it's worth doing;
- What Cleo will do if you say yes.
Saying Yes Or Not Now
The buttons depend on the kind of suggestion:
| You see | What it does |
|---|---|
| Approve | Go ahead with this change. Show The Change lets you see it first. |
| Approve All | Go ahead with every change in a group. Show Each One lists them first. |
| See Before And After | For a rewrite: shows what's on the page now beside what Cleo proposes. Press Apply This Rewrite or Discard. Nothing is written until you apply. |
| Write This Post | Cleo writes the suggested post. |
| Mark Done | You've dealt with it yourself. |
| Not Now | Set it aside. Cleo only brings it back if something changes. |
If something costs credits, you'll be asked to confirm the cost before Cleo starts.
Cleo also paces new page ideas, so you're not asked for too many at once. If more are waiting, you'll see a note saying they'll come next week.
