Your Pages
The Pages screen: finding a page, what you can do with it, and keeping pages safe.
Pages in the Presstack menu is one place for every page on your site. You can find any page, check how it's doing in search, refresh its words, and decide which pages Presstack is allowed to touch.
Finding A Page
Open Pages → All Pages. At the top you can:
- switch between All, Published, Draft, Scheduled, Private and Trash;
- search by name;
- sort by Date, Name or Modified;
- tick Only Indexed to see just the pages that appear in search.
If your site has other kinds of content, such as services or locations, they have their own tabs. Manage Types lets you choose which ones show.
What You Can Do With A Page
Each page has a card. The main buttons are:
- Edit: open it in Elementor (Presstack Theme sites).
- View: see it as visitors do.
- SEO: its search title, description and checks.
- the status menu: Live, Draft or Private.
Under More you'll also find:
- Audit With Cleo: Cleo looks the page over and tells you what she'd improve.
- Refresh The Copy: Cleo rewrites the words and search details and keeps the layout. See Refreshing A Page.
- Make A Featured Image: a new image for the page, shown with its cost first.
- Duplicate As Draft (Theme): a copy to work on.
- Set As Blueprint: use this page as the design for more like it. See Blueprints.
- Change History: everything Presstack has changed on this page.
- Move To Trash.
You can also rename a page with the pencil by its title, and change its web address with the link icon.
Keeping Pages Safe
Every published page is protected from the start: Presstack never changes a protected page, and never suggests changes to one. Each card has a shield to switch protection on or off, and the Protect menu at the top chooses between Every Published Page and Key Pages Only. Protecting Your Pages explains it in full.
Presstack Changes at the top shows everything Presstack has changed across your pages, with the option to put things back.
